Christel van Schoonhoven and Rianne Jasper make up the designer duo Naald & Hamer – Dutch for "Needle and Hammer". In the halls of the artist collective De Vliegtuin, they mainly experiment with steel. Here, they weld, grind, and flex to create the most unusual objects from the hard steel. Since their studio is always full of friends and colleagues, the idea of a monumental square meter emerged, which can also feed entire hordes: the BBQ Tower. Several meters high, countless grill stations are stacked, turning a single square meter into the foundation for a gigantic banquet.
