Bei Lieferungen in Nicht-EU-Länder können zusätzliche landesspezifische Einfuhrzölle, ggf. Verzollungsdienstleistungsgebühren sowie ggf. Einfuhrumsatzsteuern anfallen. Die Höhe der Gebühren hängt vom jeweiligen Lieferland ab. Diese Gebühren sind von Ihnen zu tragen.

VERSANDDIENSTLEISTER

Die Auswahl eines bevorzugten Paketdienstes kann ich leider nicht anbieten. Die Entscheidung, welcher meiner Partner für Dich mit einer Zustellung beauftragt wird, wird in Abhängigkeit von Abmessungen, Gewicht und Zielregion automatisch getroffen.

RETOUREN / WIDERRUF

Da deine Prints individuell anhand deiner Wunschkonfiguration für Dich gedruckt werden, ist ein Widerrufsrecht leider ausgeschlossen. Hiermit folge ich der gesetzlichen Regelung zum Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht bei Fernabsatzverträgen. (§ 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Falls du mal nicht zufrieden sein solltest, lass uns gerne gemeinsam nach einer Lösung suchen. Kontaktiere mich hierfür bitte direkt nach Erhalt deines Prints und schicke mir dazu zwei aussagekräftige Fotos eines möglichen Schadens per Mail.

Trotz umfangreicher und sicherer Verpackung Deiner Bestellung ist ein Versandschaden leider nie zu 100% auszuschließen. Sollte bei Ihrer Zustellung bereits eine sichtbare Beschädigung der Verpackung auffällig sein, kontrolliere bitte möglichst den Inhalt noch im Beisein des Zustellers. Wenn Du in diesem Fall bereits einen Schaden feststellst, möchte ich dich bitten die Beschädigung mit Deinem Smartphone zu fotografieren und die Annahme zu verweigern. Selbstverständlich kann es auch vorkommen, dass eine Beschädigung, zum Beispiel durch starke Erschütterung, nicht von außen sichtbar ist, und erst nach Empfang und beim Auspacken der Sendung festgestellt werden kann. Bitte halte wie oben beschrieben den Schaden mittels zwei aussagekräftiger Fotos fest und kontaktiere mich umgehend per Mail.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees and possibly import sales taxes. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. I have no influence on these charges and they are to be borne by the customer.

PARCEL SERVICE

Unfortunately, I cannot offer the selection of a preferred parcel service. The decision as to which of my partners will be commissioned to make a delivery for you is made automatically depending on dimensions, weight and destination region.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that the prints are custom made for you on a per order basis and that therefore all the purchases are final. Once checkout is complete, the money from the order is used to purchase the cost of the print from the print houses I work with. For this reason, order modifications or cancelations can be difficult if not done within a couple hours of your order and I cannot guarantee refunds or cancellations after an order is placed. In case of damaged or unsatisfying prints I am always happy to talk about a rework or compensation. Therefore please contact me directly after you have received your package and send me two pictures of the potential damages on the print.

Despite extensive and secure packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100% ruled out. If there is already visible damage to the packaging during delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person. If you already notice damage in this case, I would like to ask you to photograph the damage with your cell phone and refuse acceptance.

Of course, it can also happen that damage, for example due to strong vibration, is not visible from the outside and can only be detected after receipt and when unpacking the shipment. Please record the damage by means of two meaningful photos and contact me immediately with the damage pictures.
